Sandra L. Childs was a long-time board member of the Friends of the Glendale Public Library, which became the Glendale Library, Arts & Culture Trust. She served in various leadership positions, including several terms as president. Under her leadership, she helped to grow the organization, supported the library with additional income for programs and services, and strengthened the community by bringing people together.

Glendale Library, Arts & Culture Trust sends our heartfelt condolences to her family, her friends and library supporters for their loss. She will be missed.

At the request of her family, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Glendale Library, Arts & Culture Trust.
